Decker Doodles' Guardian Home Program

We would love to find 1 guardian home/family for an adult F1 Goldendoodle female.

Occasionally, we will expand our breeding program to include guardian homes for dogs that we intend to add to our breeding program.  We choose qualified families that partner with us in raising either fully grown or new Goldendoodle puppies. This program allows local, or potentially out of state families, an opportunity to own one of the best Goldendoodles at no cost. Guardian homes raise the puppy as their own. Once the puppy is grown and passes all health screenings, we will add it to our breeding program. The new Decker Doodle will continue to live with the guardian family, but will come back to us four to five times over the next few years to breed, deliver and nurse their puppies. Once the final breeding has taken place, full ownership of the Decker Doodle will be transferred to the guardian home. Be aware that this is not a program for everyone and we reserve the right to choose who may or may not qualify as a guardian home. 

We promise to be honest and help you all along the way, and we ask the same in return. We are not looking for people who might forget to text us back or don't return our calls on a day to day basis.

Be sure and give this dog plenty of love and have it spend time with other dogs, children, and people.

When you are concerned for this dog's safety, traveling, or trying something new, do not risk anything you are not comfortable with.

We will cover all necessary vet visits, such as shots, vaccines, de-worming, etc. It is possible you may have to cover one or two vaccines/vet bills. Should you want to take  your dog to the vet, you're welcome to do so, but we may not cover the costs if it isn't needed for a healthy Goldendoodle. We will oversee the breeding process when the time comes, and we come get the dogs from you if need be. We will keep the dogs when the time of birth is near and will more than likely keep all the pups and mother until the puppies are old enough to sale. The birthing phase is subject to change, and there is no way to predict every detail so we may need you to work with us some. We would like to get 4-5 litters from each female. 

Your responsibilities are: love, care, grooming, training, dog food, socialization, potential potty training, some vaccines, unexpected sicknesses/disease, etc. You will have to send us some pictures of puppies and dogs as we request them. Be a great communicator! Sometimes during the breeding and birthing phase, we may need you to work with us on how long your dog will be away from you and who keeps who. This will all be finalized as we move further in the process.
